Vision by plan for the activity execution menu

The maintenance activity execution menu now has a specific vision for plans and activities! With this new feature, users have quick access to plans and activities in a three-quadrant structure, which covers verification, maintenance, and calibration plans. This approach simplifies management and enables the quick creation of new activities for the desired plan.

Duplicate table data to a standard activity

This new version allows for duplicating to a standard activity, during activity execution, the calibration points whose editing is enabled. This allows technicians to perform the necessary adjustments for equipment reading, by editing, adding, or deleting points and applying these changes directly to the standard activity.

With this change, it is no longer necessary to access the record of the standard activity to perform the same adjustments, which ensures all activities are ready to be used.

It is important to note that this feature is only available for users with permission to access the standard activity creation menu.

Creating an off-line corrective maintenance in the application

In the most recent update, the SoftExpert Maintenance application allows for not only executing activities, but also creating corrective maintenances locally. It is quite simple to perform this operation - simply access the standard activity screen, select the desired activity, and create a new maintenance.

On the creation screen, fill out the initial data, such as service center, technician, and assets (which can be easily added by scanning a QR Code or a barcode), and the activity is ready to be started.

With this new feature, the user maintenance operations are faster and more practical!

It is worth noting that only standard activities made available off-line will be displayed to users in the application, as displayed in the image below:
