Introduction
Tasks are records generated for users to perform specific actions. They are divided into two categories: Execution and Tracking.
The follow-up tasks do not need to be performed by the user, although they are responsible for them.
The user needs to complete the execution tasks within a defined timeframe.
See details of the SoftExpert Performance tasks below:
Execution tasks
| Who receives | Users who make up the roadmap responsible for approval, associated with the indicator at the time of its addition to the scorecard structure. |
| When | When reporting the indicator measurements for each period. |
| Purpose | Approve or reject the measurements for each period of an indicator. |
| Who receives | Users who make up the roadmap responsible for approval, associated with the indicator at the time of its addition to the scorecard structure. |
| When | When reporting the indicator targets for each period. |
| Purpose | To approve or reject the targets for each period of an indicator. |
| Who receives | Users defined as members of the roadmap responsible for approval, associated with the configuration of the scorecard's validity or revalidation. |
| When | When submitting a revalidation for approval. |
| Purpose | Approve or reject the scorecard revalidation. |
| Who receives | Users with measurement control enabled in the indicator's safety settings. |
| When |
The date for the next measurement has been reached. This task will only be generated if:
|
| Purpose | Allow those responsible to report the indicator measurements. |
| Who receives | Users with target control enabled in the indicator's security. |
| When |
The date of the next goal is reached. This task will only be generated if:
|
| Purpose | Allow those responsible to report updated targets for the indicator. |
| Who receives | Users with target controls and measurement enabled in the indicator's security. |
| When | The target and/or measurement value of an indicator has been changed. This task will only be generated if the option "Yes" is selected in the "Justify changes?" field when adding the indicator to the scorecard structure. |
| Purpose | Justify the reason for changing the target/measurement value of an indicator. |
| Who receives |
ISO9000 model :
Workflow : Users defined as executors of the workflow activity. These users must have the Review control enabled in the scorecard security list. |
| When |
ISO9000 model :
Workflow : When starting a new review and within the process flow, it's time for an activity to be executed. |
| Purpose | Control the changes and versions of the scorecards included in the system. |
| Who receives | Users with the "Review" control enabled in the scorecard security settings. To successfully perform a revalidation, the logged-in user must have the "Review" or "Change" controls enabled in the security list of the scorecard being revalidated. |
| When | When the default time defined in the validity settings, associated with the pending scorecard type, expires. |
| Purpose | Allow those responsible to revalidate pending scorecards. Scorecards that have revalidation configured in their type, after passing the first review, may undergo revalidations. However, after passing the first revalidation, they will no longer undergo reviews, as they will only be revalidated. |
Tracking task
| Who receives | Users with measurement control enabled in the indicator's safety settings. |
| When | When entering a measurement into a scorecard indicator for the first time. |
| Purpose | To monitor the progress of the indicator's measurement values over the periods. |
| Who receives | Users with target control enabled in the indicator's security. |
| When | When entering a target into a scorecard indicator for the first time. |
| Purpose | To monitor the progress of the target values for the indicator periods. |
| Who receives | Users with measurement control enabled in the indicator's safety settings. |
| When | When reporting measurement values for an indicator period and these values are rejected. |
| Purpose | Allow those responsible to correct the indicator's measurement values. |
| Who receives | Users with target control enabled in the indicator's security. |
| When | When target values for a given indicator period are submitted and these values are rejected. |
| Purpose | Allow those responsible to correct the indicator's target values. |
Conclusion
These are the tasks for SoftExpert Performance. They disappear from the task menu as they are completed or finished.
