Monitoring system synchronizations
Prerequisite
- Access to the Configuration > Monitoring > Synchronization history (CM024) menu.
Introduction
SoftExpert Configuration provides a menu in which it is possible to monitor system synchronizations with the AD server.
This menu allows for viewing the start and end date and time of a synchronization, its status (Executing, Executing with errors, Loading AD information, Loading SE Suite users, Comparing the users of SE Suite with the users of AD, Calculating permissions of users, Finished, and Finished with errors), and the number of processed records, records with permission, and records with errors.
Synchronization monitoring ensures the consistency and integrity of user data and permissions in the system. It allows for checking if synchronizations have been executed correctly and identifying possible failures or problems of communication between the system and AD.

Monitoring system synchronizations
1. Access the Configuration > Monitoring > Synchronization history (CM024) menu.
2. The list of records will display the executed synchronizations. Use the Search filters to locate a specific synchronization.
3. Use the buttons available on the toolbar to perform actions on the selected record:

Click on this button to view the data screen of the synchronization selected in the list of records. The screen that will open will display the general information of the synchronization (start and end dates, status, and number of synchronized users) and sections with the details of the users that have been imported (new users), users that have not been imported (due to an error), and users that have been deactivated (deleted). |
