Saving tasks offline
The tasks can be filled out offline once downloaded.
To do this, access the list of tasks on the Tasks menu and follow the steps below:
1. Locate the task you wish to open.
2. Then, click on the 
button.
3. After that, a tab will open at the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap on Download.
As soon as the task is downloaded, it will be available to be opened on the Off-line menu.
You can also mark the task as favorite to find it easily.
Downloading multiple tasks
1. Tap on and hold a process for a few seconds to select it.
2. Select the other processes you wish to start. You can see that the processes are selected when they are highlighted.
3. Then, tap on the download button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
4. To finish, select the option of downloading the selected processes all at once.
