  • Access to the Execution > Task verification (TC013) menu.

Introduction

Task verification allows for validating the execution before finishing a task.

Thus, this resource provides security and control for carried out tasks.

Verification can be performed through the Execution > Task verification (TC013) or My tasks menu.

See below how to verify nonproject tasks:

Verifying tasks

1. Access the Execution > Task verification (TC013) menu or the My tasks > Task verification menu.

2. Select the desired record and click on the button.

3. On the screen that will open, verify the task data in the available tabs.

4. Then, click on the Verification tab.

5. Fill in the Verification date field with the date on which the verification was performed. This field is filled in with the current date, but it can be edited.

6. In the Acceptance field, select "Yes" or "No" to perform the verification. If "No" is chosen, filling in the Comment field will be mandatory.

Conclusion

Thus, it is possible to verify the execution. If its execution is rejected, the task will return to the task execution menu. Otherwise, it will be closed.
