Presentation

The supply types organize and classify the supplies that will be registered later.

They can be arranged hierarchically and parameterized according to the user's needs.

Next, see how to register and configure a type of supply:

Configure type

1. Access the menu Configuration > Supply > Supply type (SU023) .

2. Click the button to add a new supply type.

3. On the screen that will open, enter the identifier and the type name .

4. On the General tab , fill in the Higher Supply Type field with the hierarchically superior type, if desired.

5. In the Default Responsible Team field , you can specify a default responsible team for supplies that use this type. See the Register Team article to learn how to create teams.

6. In the Default unit of measure field , you can specify a unit of measure for the created supplies. To learn how to register a unit of measure, see the article Configure unit of measure .

7. Select the option "Consider objects of this type as hazardous" so that supplies of this type are considered hazardous.

8. Check the "Use mask for identification" option and select the desired record in the available field. It will also be possible to allow changing the identification mask identifier using the " Allow changing identifier" option . 9. In the Security tab , define the permission profiles associated with the supply type. Refer to the article "Associating permission profiles in security" to learn how to perform this operation.
