MSA approval is the step in which the person in charge validates whether the data collection was carried out as planned, verifying the recorded information (such as environmental conditions and measured values) and confirming whether the study can proceed.

In SoftExpert MSA, this validation is performed through an execution task, sent to the approvers defined in the process.

Approve data collection

1. Access the My Tasks menu .

2. In the pending list, select the MSA that will be approved.

3. Open the record to analyze the data collected.

4. After the conference, click the button to approve or reject the registration.

3. Finally, click the button to complete the approval. If the registration is rejected, it returns to the planning stage. Otherwise, it is finalized.

Conclusion

Approval of data collection formalizes the validation of the study within SoftExpert MSA. After approval, the MSA is finalized and the workflow is completed.
