Introduction

A training must be conducted through the application of teaching methods. Seminars, internships, distance learning, conferences, and practical cases are some examples of methods used for qualification. 

SoftExpert Training allows for adding the methods that will be used via the Configuration > Training method (TR041) menu.

The records created from this menu can be associated later with a training or with a training configuration.

Adding a training method

1. Access the Configuration > Training method (TR041) menu.

2. Click on the side toolbar button to add a training.

3. On the screen that will open, enter an ID # and a name for the record.

4. In the Icon field, click on the button to search for an image that represents the method.

5. If you wish, explain the training method in the Description field.

6. Lastly, click on to save the changes.
