Prerequisite

• Access to the Configuration > Audio-visual resource (TR032) menu.

Introduction

Available audio-visual resources can be added in SoftExpert Training.

Through the Configuration > Audio-visual resource (TR032) menu, it is possible to add electronic resources to be used during a training, such as computers, TVs, projectors, etc.

Adding an audio-visual resource

1. Access the Configuration > Audio-visual resource (TR032) menu.

2. Click on the toolbar button to add a record.

3. On the screen that will open, fill in the ID # and Name fields.

4. Enter the number of resources that will be used in the Quantity field.

5. If you wish, in the Description tab, describe the audio-visual resource.

6. In the Comment tab, write notes about the audio-visual resource.

7. Lastly, click on to save the changes.
