Deleting a request
Prerequisites
- Access to the Execution > Request deletion (SR007) menu.
- Issued or closed request.
- "Delete" control allowed in the request security for elimination.
- "View" control allowed in the request security for data display.
- "Cancel" control allowed in the request security for status changes.
Introduction
Through the Request deletion (SR007) menu, it is possible to permanently delete requests issued in the system, regardless of their status. This menu is important for controlling the elimination of obsolete records.
Deleting a request
1. Access the Execution > Request deletion (SR007) menu.
2. Locate and select the request you wish to delete.
3. Click on the 
toolbar button.
4. Confirm the system message in order for the request to be deleted definitively.
It is also possible to use the 
button to view the data of the selected request, or the 
button to change its status.
Conclusion
Deleted requests will no longer be listed in the menus of the system.
