1. Access the File > Decision Matrix (ST005) menu.
2. Click the button
to include a matrix.
3. Provide an identifier and a name.
4. In the General tab, specify the team responsible for the matrix.
5. Click the button 
to save and enable the other tabs.
6. In the Alternative tab, the alternatives that will be evaluated in the matrix are added.
7. In the Criteria tab, the evaluation criteria used to weight the alternatives are added.
8. The Consequence tab will only be enabled after the alternatives and criteria have been registered. In this tab, the alternatives and criteria are displayed in matrix format.
