Prerequisites

• Registered records.
• Access the Query > MSA (MS005) menu .
• Access the Query > Tasks menu (MS012) .

Presentation

The query menus are available to facilitate the control of records and the viewing of registered information.

Consult MSA

Allows you to view the MSAs registered in the system.

1. Access the Query > MSA (MS005) menu .

2. In the Type section of the Search Filters panel , click Select type .

3. On the screen that opens, select the desired asset type and click Apply .

4. Next, the MSAs of the selected type will be displayed in the results list.

5. Select the desired MSA and click the button to view its data.

6. With MSA selected, expand the button to view a customized chart related to the study information.

7. If desired, you can also use advanced filters to find a record via the Advanced Filters section , via the button ..

View tasks

Allows you to view the pending tasks of SoftExpert MSA users.

1. Access the menu Query > Tasks (MS012) .

2. In the Task Type section of the Search Filters panel , click Select a task type .

3. On the screen that opens, fill in the desired filters and click Search .

4. Select or unselect the task types shown and click Apply .

5. Next, tasks of the selected type will be displayed in the results list.

6. Select the desired task and click the button to view its data.
