The general parameters encompass the settings that define the behavior of SoftExpert MSA.

Here's how to set the following parameters:

Configure parameters

1. Access the Settings menu > General Parameters (MS011) .

2. In the General Data section , check the Integration with SE Document field so that it is possible to associate records from the Document component with the MSA during planning.

3. In the Details section , adjust the parameters related to the desired study:

• Use mask for identification : check this box so that, when registering an MSA, the system automatically generates the identifier.
• Identification mask : select the mask that will be applied when generating the identifier.
• Allow identifier change : if enabled, the system will allow the user to change the identifier generated by the mask during MSA registration; otherwise, editing will not be allowed.
• Attributes : Associate attributes with studies using the button . This way, the MSA type will have associated attributes to be filled in during your planning.

4. Finally, click the button to save the changes.
