3. On the displayed data screen, fill in the General Data section with the following information:
- FMEA family number, which can be automatically generated by the arrow next to the field, according to the mask configured in the type.
- FMEA start date.
- The responsible team, which will be tasked with monitoring the situation.
- Model Year(s)/Program(s), Supplier, Analysis and Observations, as needed.
4. Fill in the specific fields according to the FMEA objective:
- Project, Process, Asset, Schedule or Object, specifying item/process/asset/project, revision and client, when applicable.
5. Click Save and Exit to complete the FMEA family registration.
