SCIM provisioning
Prerequisite
- Access to the Configuration > SCIM provisioning (CM033) menu.
Introduction
The System for Cross-domain Identity Management is a standard that automates user identity information exchange between identity domains or IT systems.
Through this protocol, SoftExpert Suite now offers a new method for user synchronization. With this format, SoftExpert Suite provides Active Directory (AD) with the necessary methods so that, when information is updated in AD, this update is proactively passed on to the system.
This way, it is no longer necessary to process a large volume of information on a daily basis, which improves performance, prevents waste of processing, and causes updated information to be received instantly.

See what information is shown in the SCIM provisioning (CM033) menu:
Configuration
This screen displays the information necessary for the administrator to execute the synchronization with Active Directory (AD). This information includes the "Tenant URL", which indicates the address from which AD must send data, and the authorization token for communication. Both pieces of information are generated by SoftExpert Suite and must be inserted in AD.
To facilitate the SCIM configuration, an interface in which the administrator can access this essential information for the synchronization was created.
Audit
This section displays all requests that AD has made to SoftExpert Suite, for viewing purposes.
Conclusion
Now you know what information is available in the SCIM provisioning menu. For more details on configuring synchronizations via SCIM, refer to the Configuring provisioning via SCIM with Azure Active Directory topic in the Identity and authentication document.
