Introduction

In SoftExpert Performance, you can create saved formulas and share them between indicators and scorecards. 

These formulas allow the application of filters, the use of fields from SoftExpert Analytics views and attribute values ​​from indicators, eliminating the need to create a specific view for each set of filters.

This article will demonstrate how to register a saved formula.

Register saved formula

1. Access the File > Saved formula (ST047) menu.

2. Click the Create button to include a formula.

3. In the Formulas tab, enter an identifier, a name, the value source (Analytics or Process), and the formula.

4. In Input Data, fill in the analysis, view, and reference date fields.

5. In the Filters tab, enter the filters that will be used when registering the formula.

6. The Related indicator tab displays the indicators associated with the formula.

7. Click to save the formula registration.

The saved formula feature allows you to register formulas for reuse in different indicators and scorecards.
