• Access to the Configuration > Element Type (ST036) menu.

Introduction

The element type is used to classify the elements that make up the structure of scorecards, such as strategies, objectives, perspectives, initiatives, and other structural components.

Through this menu, all types of elements available in the system are registered and managed, allowing for standardization of their use both in the structuring of scorecards and in institutional, strategic, and analytical views.

This registration also makes it possible to associate attributes that enrich the element records and to view in which frameworks the type is being used.

This article will demonstrate how to configure an element type.

Configure element type

1. Access the Configuration > Element type (ST036) menu.

2. Click the Create button to include an element type.

3. Provide an identifier, a name, and an icon.

4. In the General tab, if desired, you can enable the use of a mask for the identifier.

5. Click to enable the other tabs.

6. In the Attribute tab, it is possible to associate attributes that complement the information of the elements registered in the type.

7. Click to save the element type configuration.
