In this version, we have launched an integrated file editor!
Through it, you can create and edit text documents with ease, using advanced formatting resources in a friendly interface that prioritizes your productivity.
Among the editing resources, we can highlight full text formatting, image insertion, tables, lists, and markers.
Additionally, the editor features automatic text correction and real-time saving so that you do not lose anything.

Copy records
The new Copy function allows for copying records quickly.
This feature is designed for those who seek agility, content standardization, and ease of sharing.
By duplicating a record, you save time and keep your information consistent, without the need to start from scratch.

Move your files across folders
With the new Move option, you can reallocate files from one folder to another in a quick and practical way, optimizing the organization of your Drive.

Request access to records
When a user tries to open a link to access a document without permission, they will be automatically notified and will be able to ask for access with just one click.
The owner of the record will be informed immediately by e-mail and through the notification center and will be able to allow the access in a quick and secure way.

Stop file sharing
With the new Stop sharing option, the owner of a record can immediately revoke all shared accesses, making the content private in seconds.
This feature simplifies permission management and is ideal for when a record no longer needs to be accessed by other people.
