Configuring a project type for audits

Configuration icon with a blue background. It takes you to the first step of the flow, where the project type is configured. Configuration icon with a white background. It takes you to the second step of the flow, where the audit category is configured. Gear icon with a white background. It takes you to the third step of the flow, where the project is configured. Completion icon with a white background. It takes you to the fourth step of the flow, where the audit project is executed.

 

Prerequisites

  • Active license for SoftExpert Audit and SoftExpert Project.
  • Access to the Configuration > Classification > Project type (PR032) menu.
  • Previously created project type.

 

Introduction

By means of an integration between the Audit and Project components, the system allows for creating audits from projects.

For project audits to be created, the automation must be enabled within the project type.

Configuring a project type for audits

1. Access the Configuration > Classification > Project type (PR032) menu.

2. Select the project type in which you wish to enable the automation.

3. Click on the Edit icon. button.

4. Access the Optional tab and then select the Integrations tab.

5. Check the Enable automation option.

6. In the Component field, select the Audit option.

7. Click on the Save and exit icon. button.

It will not be possible to edit the configurations in the Integrations tab if the type already has projects related to it.

Conclusion

With the type configured, it is possible to create audit projects in the system.
