Associating an audit test

Prerequisites

 

Introduction

To apply an audit test, during the execution, it is necessary to associate a test plan with the objects in the working paper.

Associating a test plan

1. Access the Audit (AU001) menu or the Task center > Audit > Audit execution menu.

2. Locate the audit in progress in which you want to add the audit test and right-click on it.

3. Select the Open working paper option.

4. In the working paper, select the object whose evaluation will be complemented with an audit test.

5. Click on the arrow below the Add field and select the Audit test option.

6. In the Standard test plan for audit tests field, select the test that has been created.

7. Click on the Confirm button.

8. Click on the Save button.

User following the steps described above to associate a test plan.

In requirement audits, test plans can only be associated with lowest level requirements or verification items.

 

• The audit test will appear in the scope structure with the same name as that of the object with which it has been associated; the Name field can be used to edit this information.

• If you want to change the value that the test will have in the structure, edit the Weight field.

• If you do not want to use a previously created test plan, click on the Create icon. button, located next to the Standard test plan for audit tests field, to create a new audit test.

• Use the Edit icon. button, located next to the Standard test plan for audit tests field, to edit the data of the test plan associated with the structure.

 

 

Conclusion

With the test plan duly associated with the object, inside the working paper structure, it is possible to execute the audit test.
