Generating an application report
Prerequisites
- Access to the App builder (AB001) menu.
- Applications created in the system.
Introduction
SoftExpert App builder allows for exporting an Excel report with the listing of all applications created in the system.
The information presented in the report varies according to the columns displayed in the list of records.

Generating application reports
1. Access the App builder (AB001) menu.
2. Click on the Search button to display the listing of the created applications.
3. Click on the Reports button.
4. On the screen that will open, select the report you wish to generate and click on the Export listing option.

• If you wish to hide any piece of information from the list of records so that it is not displayed in the report, click on the button and uncheck the columns whose information you wish to hide.
• After clicking on the Reports button, if you wish to add a new report template, click on the Configure reports option. For more information on configuring customized reports, refer to the SoftExpert Configuration documentation.
